10th Annual Lydia Place Garage Sale

"The Mother of All Garage Sales," benefiting Lydia Place’s moms and children, will be presented in August 2008 at the Sportsplex in Bellingham.

"We offer thousands of items, including clothes, coats, toys, home furnishings and recreational equipment," said Teresa Josephson, Lydia Place's executive director. "It’s an ideal sale for people looking for bargains or getting ready for the start of school."

Donation Drop-Off:

Saturday August 9th   9am-4pm
Sunday August 10th   12pm-4pm
Monday August 11th   2pm-8pm
Tuesday August 12th 2pm-8pm

Lydia Place is seeking donated items that are in good condition for the garage sale. Lydia Place can’t accept computer monitors and towers, large appliances, tires, mattresses, paint, sharp implements such as knives, and personal products that have been opened. Items can be brought to the Sportsplex, 1225 Civic Field Way (see directions below).

In the SPORTSPLEX Building off of Lakeway Drive next to Civic Field at 1225 Civic Field Way.

Directions to the Sportsplex:

North Bound on I-5 - Take the Lakeway exit (Exit 253). Go straight on Potter to Orleans, take a left on Orleans to parking lot.

South Bound on I-5 - Take the Lakeway exit (Exit 253). Go left on Lakeway to Orleans, take a left on Orleans to parking lot.
