Heart House Explained in One Minute!
|
|
Thank you for the continuous support we have received over this past year to make Heart House a reality!
Our mission with Heart House is to create community through place-based and integrated services. Heart House is a three-story, mixed-use development consisting of 11 one and two-bedroom Permanent Supportive Housing apartments designated for mothers with children experiencing homelessness.
To help further support us and this journey of sustainable housing and development, please visit: Heart House

Our hope is that this holistic approach to creating permanent housing at places like Heart House will have significant impact in creating stability for each family that moves in.

People working together in a strong community with a shared goal and a common purpose can make the impossible, possible.

Landlords Can Partner With Us!
The Lydia Place Rapid Re-Housing Team has grown and is looking to build new partnerships with local landlords.
This program supports families in finding permanent housing in our community by funding a family's deposit and a portion of their rent until they are able to increase their income and pay full rent without financial assistance.
If you are interested in learning more, please contact Louis Walbrek, Program Manager for the Rapid Re-Housing Program, at louisw@lydiaplace.org.
