The Fairhaven Outdoor Cinema is a bring your own seating event. The featured film will be Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971). Blankets are the best option and are allowed on the grass.

This year Bellingham Bay Rotary Club has significantly committed proceeds from the 2017 Brewers By The Bay event to benefit Lydia Place and Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services capital projects as well as helping many other youth and family-focused charities throughout Whatcom County.

In addition to the fine microbrews of the Northwest, they will feature food trucks and live music at a fabulous outdoor summer venue.

You are invited to attend our 2nd Annual Brews Cruise brought to you by NAIFA, or the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors if you did not already know. Beer, Hors de’oeuvre’s, and a BIG boat! What else do you need?

Downtown sounds is a series of free, outdoor concerts for the entire family celebrated in the Arts District on the 1300 block of Bay Street. Each night features performances by popular bands, local food vendors, and a 21+ beverage garden supported by Boundary Bay Brewery. This summer will mark 13 years of this ever-growing event, firmly cementing its place as Whatcom County’s biggest urban outdoor music festival.

Wine lovers rejoice at this 3rd annual festival celebrating wine, wineries, wine lovers and supporting Lydia Place!

The Festival will include both a public wine tasting and the announcement of all medal-winning wines entered in an earlier judged competition. This year’s event will feature up to 50 wineries from the Pacific Northwest along with eight restaurants from the Whatcom County area.

Whether you’re a serious wineophile or have only limited experience with wines, the Festival is a great opportunity to meet winemakers, have a nosh or two, and sample an amazing selection of Pacific Northwest wines!
